Description
As a process operator, you contribute directly to the production of sustainable energy and high-quality fertilizers. You monitor and control mechanical, physical, and chemical processes, translate risks into improvement actions, and report to the team leader.
Job requirements
- Preferably completed training in Process Operator B or MBO Process Technology.
- At least several years of recent work experience in a similar position within a complex production environment.
- Good technical insight and the ability to oversee the entire process.
- Positive and critical attitude; proactive and multifunctional.
- Natural team player, effective in communication, and focused on safe and high-quality work.
Tasks
- Setting up and adjusting technical installations to prevent malfunctions.
- Performing process and product controls to ensure quality.
- Analyzing and resolving deviations in installations, both independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with the technical department in carrying out maintenance work.
- Actively contribute to safety, environmental awareness, quality and efficiency.
