Process Operator Star Specialist
Process Operator responsible for process monitoring, fault handling, and first-line maintenance. Requires a minimum VAPRO diploma (or AOT/REWIC) and fluency in Dutch and English. Works on projects in the energy transition and industrial installations.
Description
As a process operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of the production process. You work both outdoors and indoors, conduct inspection rounds, closely monitor the process from the control room, and intervene quickly in the event of malfunctions. You perform first-line maintenance work when necessary, contribute ideas for process improvements, and share responsibility for an efficient division of labor within your team.
- Start-up and optimization of a hydrogen production plant
- Process monitoring at a bio-based refinery
- Maintenance and monitoring of a CHP installation in an industrial cluster
- Scaling up and process optimization at a producer of circular raw materials
Job requirements
- Minimum VAPRO diploma or equivalent (e.g. AOT or REWIC)
- Willingness to perform first-line maintenance work
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Stress resistance
- Safety, quality, and the environment are a matter of course for you.
- Willingness to collaborate on client projects and actively contribute ideas for process improvement
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and excellent command of English
Tasks
- Conducting inspection rounds inside and outside the installation
- Process monitoring from the control room and timely intervention in the event of malfunctions
- Performing first-line maintenance work
- Initiating rapid switching in the event of malfunctions
- Contribute ideas to and contribute to process improvements
- Sharing responsibility for an efficient division of work within the team
