Process Operator Star Specialist
Process Operator responsible for the safe monitoring and operation of industrial production processes. Key tasks: process monitoring, control rounds, fault intervention, and first-line maintenance. Requires a minimum VAPRO or equivalent diploma and a good command of Dutch and English.
Description
As a process operator, you ensure the safe and smooth execution of production processes. You work both indoors and outdoors, monitor processes, and make an active contribution to process improvement and teamwork.
- Examples of projects you can contribute to: start-up and optimization of a hydrogen production plant.
- Process monitoring at a bio-based refinery.
- Maintenance and monitoring of a CHP installation in an industrial cluster.
- Scaling up and process optimization at a producer of circular raw materials.
Job requirements
- At least a VAPRO diploma or equivalent (such as AOT or REWIC).
- Willingness to perform first-line maintenance work.
- Proactive attitude, stress resistance, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Safety, quality, and the environment are your top priorities.
- Willingness to cooperate on the client's projects.
- Actively contribute ideas for improving processes.
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and excellent command of English.
Tasks
- Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and safely.
- Conducting inspection rounds both outside and inside.
- Process monitoring from the control room and close monitoring of process parameters.
- Intervene and respond quickly to malfunctions.
- Perform first-line maintenance work when necessary.
- Contribute ideas to and contribute to process improvements.
