As Manager Product Support you are fully responsible for developing, positioning and growing the service and maintenance organization. You will ensure maximum uptime for customers and contribute structurally to the company's commercial growth. Product Support is a strategic pillar that must be recognised as a key value proposition for customers and a strategic partner for Sales, R&D and Operations.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking and working, preferably with a technical background.
- Proven experience in setting up and growing a service or Product Support organization, ideally for advanced technology products.
- Experience developing strong relationships with B2B customers and partners.
- Strong commercial insight and experience with business models, pricing and contract strategies.
- Inspiring leader with vision and persuasive power.
- Comfortable operating in an international, technical environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Affinity with energy, hydrogen and sustainable mobility.

- Take full responsibility for budgets and steer on revenue, margin and costs.
- Translate strategic objectives into concrete KPIs and action plans and establish professional contract and performance management.
- Build an international network of high-quality service partners and enter into commercial partnerships focused on quality and profitability.
- Develop scalable service concepts together with partners.
- Build and lead a high-performance team of technical and commercial professionals, create ownership and direction, and develop talent.
- Identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities and lead strategic improvement projects to enhance customer value and profitability.
