Manager Product Support

As Manager Product Support you are fully responsible for developing, positioning and growing the service and maintenance organization. You will build a distinctive, scalable and profitable service proposition that ensures maximum uptime for customers while contributing structurally to the company's commercial growth and positioning service as a strategic pillar for Sales, R&D and Operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking and working, preferably with a technical background.
• Proven experience in setting up and growing a service or Product Support organization, ideally for advanced technology products.
• Experience developing strong relationships with B2B customers and partners.
• Strong commercial insight and experience with business models, pricing and contract strategies.
• Inspiring leader with vision and persuasive power.
• Comfortable operating in an international, technical environment.
• Fluent communication in both Dutch and English.
• Affinity with energy, hydrogen and sustainable mobility.

• Develop a clear, commercial vision for Product Support as a key value proposition and profitable business.
• Translate that vision into a scalable operating model with appropriate pricing, propositions and partnerships.
• Position service as a strategic growth engine within the organization and in the market.
• Design sustainable service and maintenance models that maximise customer satisfaction while delivering healthy margins.
• Shape commercial strategy, contract structures and pricing models together with Sales and Finance.
• Build long-term customer relationships and capitalise on commercial opportunities with international accounts.
• Take full responsibility for budgets and steer on revenue, margin and costs.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete KPIs and action plans, and establish professional contract and performance management structures.
• Build an international network of high-quality service partners and enter commercial partnerships focused on quality and profitability.
• Develop scalable service concepts together with partners.
• Build a high-performance team of technical and commercial professionals; create ownership, direction and a clear vision within the department, and develop talent.
• Identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities and lead strategic improvement projects that impact customer value and profitability.
• Foster an entrepreneurial, continuous improvement culture within the team.
