Technical advisor supporting integrated project planning across FEED and potential EPC phases.
Lead development and maintenance of integrated TECOP schedule and critical path analyses.
Requires engineering degree, 10+ years' large project planning experience, and Primavera P6 proficiency.
Omschrijving
Support the director through all Project phases, starting with FEED and potentially EPC, and lead the preparation and coordination of the integrated project plan to drive Project success. The role will evolve as the Project moves forward and as risk and planning management evolve.
Functie eisen
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in complex, large industrial project planning positions.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, OPC, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis, and preparing S‑Curves.
- Excellent people- and team-management skills; culturally sensitive with demonstrable team-building, organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously with rigor and precision; results oriented and well organized.
- Capability to manage workload, meet timescales and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player able to work collaboratively across complex, interdisciplinary and international project teams and to interface between departments.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- Strong integrator and communicator, able to represent and involve stakeholders from both Aramis and Gasunie.
Taken
- Develop a fully integrated TECOP project plan with input from all workstreams (technical, commercial, permits, stakeholder management).
- Ensure all aspects of the venture planning across TECOP are coordinated and integrated in the project plan.
- Drive and deliver, in time for major decisions, a fully updated and integrated view of the project plan, including critical path analysis.
- Update the integrated project plan bi-weekly or monthly with input from all workstreams and prepare progress reports.
- Follow and drive actions to achieve milestones, understand variations, and manage critical path activities and overview.
- Liaise with neighbouring ventures as per agreed split and develop/manage integrated TECOP schedule across ventures, including P10/P50/P90.
- Report monthly schedule status to the Leadership Team, shareholders, and venture partners; assist in partner assurance and stage gate planning activities.
- Develop schedule scenarios for key risks such as permitting, other ventures' progress, and changes in the commercial landscape.
- Design, control and manage the integrated planning process and procedures; lead planning reviews and action-closure sessions.
- Monitor and drive action closure of key schedule risks, follow up with action holders, and escalate anticipated schedule problems with appropriate contingencies.
- Support the FID decision for the Aramis project and draft key Aramis project risk and planning procedures.
- Undertake all activities with the highest level of ethics and HSE compliance, promoting safety and environmental awareness across the Project Team, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Werkomstandigheden
Contract forms: open to loondienstverband (placement according to applicable CAO) or ZZP on the basis of an agreement of assignment. For ZZP: the assignment must be executed as an independent entrepreneur without employer authority or integration in the organisation, have a clear assignment with concrete deliverables, and comply with applicable DBA guidelines. If hired via a supplier, agreed tariffs and conditions apply per the mediation agreement.
Work location: The Hague (Office: Rode Olifant). Full-time office-based position with travel in the Netherlands. At least twice a month on Monday you are expected at the Gasunie head office in Groningen to join the schedulers team.
Start date: As soon as possible; expected duration two years with the option to extend.
- Fixed 13th month (holiday allowance) and a 14th month.
- Vacation: 20 days based on full-time employment; flexible benefits budget allows purchase of up to 27.5 additional leave days.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometre (commuting).
- Work-from-home allowance: a monthly net allowance of €24.50.
- Supplier rate range: mid scale 70 to end scale 70: €116.25 to €123.00.

At Gasunie we operate a high-tech gas network with hundreds of facilities, 1,300 gas delivery stations, international pipeline connections and over 17,000 kilometres of pipeline in the Netherlands and North Germany. We design and use innovative technology and constantly seek optimisation and improvement while adding new assets to meet climate targets.
Aramis will develop and build key infrastructure for Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS). In future, Aramis will be a joint venture between Shell, TotalEnergies, EBN and Gasunie. This role is part of the Joint Team managing the transition to that future Joint Venture.
