Service Provider

As a Summer Trainee you will support the Customer Service team in Tallinn, contributing to daily operations and customer experience during the summer period.

• Currently studying or have studied Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English.
• Motivation to learn and develop knowledge in customer service processes and problem-solving.
• Some experience handling customer requests or supporting operational processes; earlier customer service work experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment.
• A possible security clearance may be obtained with your consent.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Assist with order processing and related operational tasks.
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth communication with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and Finance to support daily operations and maintain service quality.

• Summer position typically between 1 May and 30 September 2025.
• Possibility to work partly remotely depending on the role; currently regular office presence is at least three days per week.
• Position located in Kristiine, Tallinn, with excellent transport connections.
