Functie eisen
- Strong academic background (preferably a PhD) in Marketing or a related discipline, with expertise relevant to Sustainable Marketing and Consumer Behavior.
- Substantial teaching experience in higher education.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is preferred.

- Ability to function well in an international environment and to work both independently and in a team.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to contribute to course coordination and development.
- Preferably hold a University Teaching Qualification or be willing to obtain one.

Werkomstandigheden
- Appointment for three years, with a review after the first year; continuation requires a positive evaluation.
- Position can be filled between 0.7 and 1.0 FTE, with flexibility to work more or fewer hours in exchange for corresponding free hours.
- Ten percent of time allocated to development activities, such as developing new teaching practices, participating in innovation projects, or following relevant courses or training.
- End-of-year bonus of 8.3% and a holiday allowance of 8%.
